SHIPPING DETAILS
All multi photo frame orders placed on our website are made to order and are sent out with DPD Local within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email or a text message on the morning of your delivery giving you a one-hour time-slot of when to expect delivery. If the day and time isn't convenient you will be given a choice of alternative options such as leave in a safe place, leave with a neighbour, deliver to your nearest pick-up shop, or you can change the delivery date to a day when you are going to be at home.  

Please do your best to be at home to receive your order on the first delivery attempt because picture frames are very fragile, and the more they are in and out of delivery vans, the more likely they are to get damaged. If you are not going to be at home to receive your order, then please use an alternative address such as a work address when placing your order so you receive it on the first delivery attempt.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Delivery is free to most of the UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland, where additional shipping charges apply due to the distance involved, this is indicated at the checkout when you enter your postcode.

Additional shipping charges include:

Isle of Wight = £7.95

Isle of Man = £7.95 - 2 days in transit.

Northern Ireland = £9.95 - 2 days in transit.

Scottish Highlands £7.95 - 2 days in transit. AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50

Scottish Islands = £7.95 - 2 days in transit.
HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

To avoid any confusion our courier classes the above postcodes as either the Highlands or Islands of Scotland. This is for pricing purposes only and is not intended to be geographically correct. Unfortunately, these extra charges are beyond our control.

Please note: We do not deliver to the EU, the Channel Isles or Ireland.
